Villa Noria is the consequence of overflowing enthusiasm, ethics, and ideals between two wine aficionados, Fabien Gross and Cédric Arnaud, who both grew up in viticultural regions - Languedoc and Alsace - surrounded by vineyards and winemaking tradition.

The passion and reverence for the land that their wine-making forebears handed to its owners was their inheritance.

In perfect connection with the terroir and the natural world, Villa Noria produces excellent organic wines at a short distance from the Mediterranean Sea, between Pézenas and Montagnac.

Traditional winemaking practices are employed, with just little amounts of sulphur and no chemical inputs.

Their products 'Amfora' and 'Basic Instinct', which come from their native areas, are vinified without the addition of sulphur.
