As in the case of the 1974 introduction of the Cortese Frizzante DOC - Colli Tortonesi, the 'natural sparkling white wine' that has represented a new solidified tradition in the wines of the Tortona area for over 40 years.
Today, the manufacturing is articulated on two production lines. The Volpi Line, which comprises the characteristic wines made from native grapes of the Tortona Hills, and the Organic Line, dubbed Era after Diana, the Greek Goddess of Nature, and which includes the organic wine line.
