Olivier Ravier, Fleurie 2023 75cl

Olivier Ravier's Fleurie exemplifies the elegance and finesse that define this celebrated Beaujolais cru. Sourced from prime vineyard sites in the region, this vintage showcases the distinctive character of Gamay grown on granite and schist soils, delivering bright red fruit, subtle floral notes, and a silky texture with refined tannins.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled, it pairs beautifully with poultry, charcuterie, and lighter fare. A benchmark expression of Fleurie's potential for complexity and ageing grace.
